#CallToEarth by CNN

On November 10th, the Finnish International School students joined the project by CNN. #CallToEarth.

During the activities:

They revised different ways human contributes to Climate change. Learned about deforestation, Gteenhouse gases, Animal poaching , Water pollution. Watched film "Made in Bangladesh," and how fast fashion is one of the graetest contributor of Global warming. The fact that our every day choices can reduce global warming. And in the end they tried to express their protest with these craft and poster.

Explored the immediate environment, they learned about different types of soil and explored school premises to find out what kind of soil we had in our yard. Students voted for having small vegetable garden planted tomatoes and prepared projects about growing the plants and helping the environment.

Learned about how water can recycle itself (water cycle) and about the ways to avoid water pollution.
